<> Having been officially associated with a Co-op
Hsg. Society, lately a vexing topic of public interest, you may consider
sharing your own experience in that sort of 'closed' community, for the common
benefit /good of the other such
communities spread across the whole country. In one's perception, after all, to
begin with, for making a first hand but independent appraisal, in its true
spirit, of the behavioral pattern of the
entire populace, any such society, which is nothing but a miniscule part of the
society at large. Hope, made self understood. For own line of approach and
independent thoughts on the subject, mostly public centric, a peep into my
personal blogs @swamilook may be of some help to understand.

However, according to a mutually varying school of thought, profoundly based on the largely obtaining field realities, often found shared through public domain, to better the quality of judicial interpretation and adjudication in proper light (in short, case law), it is the BAR that has an important role to play and valuable contribution to make, as a 'catalyst'. This is an aspect highlighted in briefly dealing with the related topics in the personal blogs @vswami's Google Blog-spots.

It is not the 'judiciary' alone to be simplistically and outright blamed for the perpetrated, and being tirelessly perpetuated, tragic end results. As a great renowned legal luminary of our own times himself was never tired of lamenting, remorsefully, the BAR, -replete with highly under-equipped lawyers, inept / way beyond the expected level of eminence in the unique and noble art of advocacy, more so the increasingly but wantonly muddled-commercialized' scenario, - having a crucial role to play as a catalyst but failing to nowhere meeting it , is no less responsible and answerable.
As wisely quipped in learned circles, it is only the Bench , if at all, can have an excuse for, and be heard, to suffer from the reprehensible 'ignorance of law'; most certainly, not the Bar on its legs, for protecting, preserving and /safeguarding the interests of clientele, with no idea of the natty-gritty of law hence place faith and trust on lawyer to protect its interests with all sincerity and devotion.

Lately, the whole nation happens to have been sharply focused to , in the wake of sensational but repulsive reports against the quality of judiciary in general /. administration of justice in essence.
In one’s longstanding devout conviction, sharper focus is needed/called for:
