In the nture of things, keeping in focus its laudable objective,-

is not the RTI an absolute and unqualified right, and entitled to be honored/enforced accordinly; except , of course,being made subject to only reasonable restrictions - which are to be tested on the touchstone of 'public' or 'societal' interest ?
