AND, incidentally, to try and find a satisfactory answer to the intriguing poser:- HAS the DEL HC Judgment in SH Bansal's fully and finally resolved / settled the constitutional propriety or otherwise, of the amendment of the constitution, AS SUCH, in introducing the concept of 'deemed works contract' wprt the 'realty sector' , for enabling levy of ST /VAT, now GST?!
