The news reveals only half- truth. The tragic plight is, actually and factually , not an exclusive experience of only over- a- one- lac refundee (s) ; equally so, also of small refundees. Quite understandable - for, after all, it takes 68-69 rupees to make one dollar, as opposed to a mere 100 paise in the hoary past ! All in the fashionable name of,- global economy.
