Quite a thought-provoking and insightful analysis ! What comes to one's mind instantly is a like series; that is, the large number of those not unrelated stories, on not so uncommon adventure, of amassing and stacking away all 'ill -gotten' wealth, in the names of 'benamis', with the sole objective of eventually declaring self an ‘insolvent’ - thereby walk away free from the clutches of the law (assuming , of course,. that the law has 'clutches' ?). The only difference is it is now the Almighty Himself who has been pushed to play the unholy role of a benami !

2. How does one shame the shameless in India? (by BK)
Is not "unabashedly shameless" a better expression? One more intriguing but overhanging imponderable is, - could the reality that they happen to be in majority be a justification for enthroning them . To recall what a wise man once asked, -can the truism that 'ignorance' is so much in abundance, all around, ever be a valid reason for enthroning IT?
