Court raps CBI for excluding execs of private telcos

"We were not able to find the party on the other side. We tried but we could not find the people, just the companies," CBI lawyer KK Goyal said, adding that "no resolution was passed".
The special court had asked CBI to produce board resolutions, documents of formal decisions taken by Bharti Airtel and Vodafone to seek additional spectrum in order to nail their involvement.
Judge Saini also criticized the probe agency as it had only blamed government officials. "For a conspiracy, there has to be two parties. You are only blaming government officials, not the private people? Who conspired with the government servants?" Judge Saini asked. The CBI's lawyer admitted, "We could not find the persons who instigated these things... we could not find the conspirators."
<> Even to any common man, with the least IQ level, it should take not much time to draw own adverse inferences from the selected key words in the report: -
...it had only blamed government officials.
Who conspired with the government servants?
 The CBI's lawyer admitted, "We could not find the persons who instigated these things... we could not find the conspirators."
For, after all, in one's imaginative innovation, to draw such inferences / find ready clues/answers, what is needed is just the so called, 'common sense'. Notwithstanding that, pathetically, the said faculty  has, in modern times, glowingly become uncommon,-  NOT any specially convoluted or complicated legal acumen.

Safer in a herd

"FOR WHOM THE (church) BELL TOLLS"?! Off hand, being provoked to react, and helplessly exclaim, - "FOR WHOM THE 'MANDATES' (are) MADE".

By now, already an overwhelmingly long  and muddled list, kept on being added with no rhyme or reason or proven end result, -conversely,  with a galloping decrease in the number of takers.

To put  it blithely, - -TOO LONG TO BE KEPT A TRACK OF, BY THE MAKERS THEMSELVES, MUCH LESS TO BE CONSCIOUSLY NOTED AND COMPLIED WITH/ENFORCED !

 (Invite to share!)

Key Note: Should one not ignore or bypass the reality in life, cannot fail to realise or accept that,  any so called mandate in a man-made law, for its success mainly depends on more than one thing:

The man (or men) making the law have a clear and unbiased vision, marked by a sincerityb of purpose; and
mandate is founded on a sound appreciation and prfujnd understanding of the facts of life;
any day, too many of mandates- because of being surrounded by imponderables galore, beyond the limitations/parameters, impracticality, can achieve only too little of the objective.
